Digital products
Software licences and protected installers are assigned to the customer account after the order or approved zero-value claim is completed. Digital-only carts do not require a carrier or shipping charge.
Physical products
Physical products display the available carrier, delivery zone, price and current estimate during checkout. A mixed cart ships only its physical items; digital entitlements remain available through the customer account.

Before shipping a return, email [email protected] and include the order number and returned product. Do not send parcels cash on delivery. Unless the seller agrees otherwise or mandatory law provides otherwise, the customer bears the direct cost of return. This does not limit statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming goods.
