  1. How to install.

Windows:

Unzip the .zip file and extract the installer (.exe file). Run the installer and follow the provided instructions. You can choose Your desired file destination, but for optimal performance, we recommend leaving everything at default settings.

macOS: Double-click the .pkg in order to run the installer. You can choose Your desired file destination and desired formats, but for optimal performance, we recommend leaving everything at default settings.


  1. My antivirus flagged the installer.

Your antivirus probably doesn't recognize our installer and sees it as a potential malware. It's most likely due to outdated databases, so we recommend just ignoring the warning. We can assure You that our software is safe and won't cause any harm to Your machine.


  1. The standalone version has no sound.

When You start our plugins for the first time, they are muted to prevent feedback loops. To unmute them, go to the settings tab in the top-left corner.

MAC:
If the plugin is unmuted and has no sound:
Check in device settings if the app has allowed access to the microphone.

  1. The plugin makes sound only on one speaker

    Go to Options (Top-left corner) > Audio/MIDI Settings > Active input channels: (chose one)
    Also, make sure both of Your desired outputs are selected.

    Windows:

    The file location for VST3 is: 

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3
     
    For AAX it is: 
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Avid\Audio\Plug-Ins. 
     
    You can find the Aurora DSP files at: 
    C:\Program Files\Aurora DSP.
     
    macOS:
     
    The file location for AU is: 
    /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
     
    The file location for VST3 is: 
    /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3
     
    For AAX it is:

    On macOS, the file location for presets is SYSTEM/USERS/”USERNAME”/DOCUMENTS/AURORA DSP/”PLUGIN”/PRESETS.
